Wrong password error after 10g installation

After I installed Oracle 10g, I found the host credential in database control (em) doesn't work. It always returns: "RemoteOperationException: ERROR: Wrong password for user."

After I installed Oracle 10g, I found the host credential in database control (em) doesn't work. It always returns: "RemoteOperationException: ERROR: Wrong password for user." I am sure the host login is system administrator login and it is correct. Could you give me some direction? Thanks.
This error message usually occurs because the OS user has not received the Local Security privilege 'Log on as a batch job.' To change this, follow the procedure in the document titled "Oracle Database Installation Guide 10g Release 2 (10.2) for Microsoft Windows (32-Bit)." Navigate to the chapter "Oracle Database Postinstallation Tasks" and click on "Setting Credentials for the Job System to Work with Enterprise Manager," or click here.
