Using a decode statement with over 255 parameters

Can you please help me out on the decode statement? I know that the max number of parameters that we can pass to a decode is 255. I have around 300 parameters. How can I do that other than a case statement?

Without being able to test (I am on the road right now and have limited time and test capability) I would venture to guess you may be able to use a merge statement to process two decodes and merge the resulting results. However, it would depend on what you are trying to accomplish. Without a more detailed explanation that is the best answer I can give at this time.
