The Oracle Technology Network (OTN) Web site has a wealth of information about the various paths you can take to migrate your database, as well as white papers and a tool called the Oracle Database Migration Verifier 1.0.0. According to the user guide, the migration workbench would be installed on either a Windows or Linux platform to perform the migration. There is also a Migration Knowledge Base available.
