Running 9i and 10g on same server

I have 9i installed on a Windows 2003 server and I'd like to install 10g on the same server, so they both have to exist and be able to run side by side. I wonder if there are any problems with this; if there are, what should I do?

As far as I know, there are no compatibility issues with having 9i and 10g installed on the same server. You should be able to install 10g and it will update the global inventory on the server appropriately. When creating databases or starting/stopping databases, you will want to ensure that you set your ORACLE_HOME appropriately first.
