Restoring corrupted tablespace

We have a cold backup that ran from 12:00 am to 6:45 am and our applications person tried to input data to a tablespace and it got corrupted. I want to restore back to 6:45 am. Can we just restore the tablespace that was corrupted?

Depending on how you performed your backup, it may be possible to perform a tablespace Point In Time Recovery (PITR). Please read this documentation on PITR.
