Refreshing production database into test database

I need to perform a refresh of a production database into a test database. The issue is the production database is at 9.2.0.5 and the test binaries are at 9.2.0.7. I should be able to restore the production datafiles to the test system, recover the 9.2.0.5 database on the 9.2.0.7 binaries, and then perform the necessary steps to migrate the database to 9.2.0.7, correct?

Are there any gotchas that I should be aware of?
I have done this exact thing before without too much incident. Restore the 9.2.0.5 files. Then follow the instructions to upgrade to 9.2.0.7. I can't think of any gotchas off the top of my head.
