Problems migrating Oracle 8.1.7.0 to 10.2

I'm trying to migrate Oracle 8.1.7.0 to 10.2. The export works but when I try to import, I receive this error message.

I'm trying to migrate Oracle 8.1.7.0 to 10.2. The exp works 100% perfect but when I try to import, I receive this message:
IMP-00058: ORACLE error 6550 encountered
ORA-06550: line 1, column 33:
PLS-00302: component 'SET_NO_OUTLINES' must be declared
ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PL/SQL: Statement ignored
IMP-00000: Import terminated unsuccessfully
Would you help me? I read a note in Metalink but my problem still exists. Thanks.
When exporting from one version of Oracle to another version of Oracle, the best rule of thumb to follow is: Use the lower version to perform the export and use the database destination version for the import. This rule applies when using exp/imp for upgrading. In your case, use the 8.1.7 export utility and the 10.2 import utility.
