Oracle Forms/Reports vs. Crystal Reports

Please help me to understand the Oracle Forms/Reports? Do they have the same capabilities as Crystal Reports?

Oracle Forms lets one rapidly design forms for data entry and retrieval to an Oracle database. This is similar to the forms designed in MS-Access. It is not like Crystal Reports at all. Oracle Reports is very similar to Crystal Reports in that it is a reporting tool against the database. You get Forms and Reports together. So in that respect, you get more capability with Forms and Reports than you do with Crystal Reports.
