I'm encountering the following error: "ORA-12699: Native Service Internal Error." This is while connecting to the Oracle 10g database server using Oracle client. However the issue exists when I log on as a regular domain user, but doesn't arise if I log in as administrator. In fact it worked for few days in the domain user account and suddenly stopped.
This could be a permissions issue. Ensure that your domain user is in the server's local ORA_DBA group. Then see if you get the error. Otherwise, as the following suggests, you might have to contact Oracle Support for a resolution.
