Migrating between Linux and Windows XP

I want to migrate my Oracle9i database from Linux to Windows XP and Windows XP to Linux. Please tell me how I can do this.
Since you are changing platforms, the best way to move the database is to use Oracle's export and import utilities. First, export the full database (FULL=Y) on the source platform. Second, precreate an empty database on the destination platform. Also create the tablespaces that you will need. Then, FTP the dump file to the destination server. Make sure you FTP in binary mode. Finally, import the full (FULL=Y) dump file.
