"Invalid end header format" error

I'm attempting to do an Oracle 9i installation on Windows XP. At the end of installation -- when setup was installing Database Configuration Assistant -- I received the error "Invalid end header format." How can I solve this problem?

I'm attempting to do an Oracle 9i installation on Windows XP. At the end of installation -- when setup was installing Database Configuration Assistant -- I received the error "Invalid end header format." How can I solve this problem? i also checked the cause of the problem. The system says that security property was not found and hence it loads defaults. I request you to help me in this regard.

If you downloaded the Oracle9i software from OTN, you could try downloading it again and reinstalling. It's possible that you did not receive the entire file.
