"Invalid block type" message during 9i installation

After installation of Oracle9i on Win2003 Server (NTFS) I'm not able to complete the database creation. At 41% it is showing "invalid block type."

After installation of Oracle9i on Win2003 Server (NTFS) I'm not able to complete the database creation. At 41% it is showing "invalid block type." Please give me the solution for this.
Oracle9i release 1 is not supported nor is it certified for the Windows 2003 operating system. According to the certification matrix, only Oracle9i release 2 (9.2) software and above is certified and supported for Windows 2003 server. Oracle9i release 1 is not even available for download from Oracle's Technology Network Web site so whatever version of 9.1 you are attempting to install is probably not specifically for Windows 2003. I would recommend installing a supported release of Oracle software for your operating system.
