How to run a stored procedure through a Web browser

How can I run a stored procedure through a Web browser? I made one stored procedure that uses an HTTP package and want it to display something in the Web browser. What are the settings required on the server as well as on client? When I put address :http:HostName:7777plsusernameprocedurename, it says "No DAD configuration Found."
The easiest thing for you to do is to use Oracle's iSQL*Plus. This is a web browser version of the familiar SQL*Plus. Set this up, and you can run queries or execute stored procedures through your Web browswer. The following URL should help you out: http://otn.oracle.com/support/tech/sql_plus/htdocs/config.html
