How to back up archive log files in RAC

I have two-node Oracle 10g RAC with ASM on an AIX system. I want to take a backup of my archive log files from node 1.

I have two-node Oracle 10g RAC with ASM on an AIX system. I want to take a backup of my archive log files from node 1. These archive files reside on each node (on their internal HD) not on ASM.
Your best bet is to use RMAN to back up the archived redo logs. This chapter does a good job of explaining how to use RMAN to back up your RAC database.
