SQL> @?/rdbms/admin/spreportThis script will prompt you for a beginning and ending snapshot and a resulting output file. After the script runs for a while, you will find the output in the text file you indicated.
The above assumes that you have been capturing snapshots with Statspack. If not, you will have to create a PERFSTAT user and then run the
?/rdbms/admin/spcreate script. That sets up the Statspack repository. To create a snapshot, then sign on as PERFSTAT and execute the following:
SQL> exec statspack.snap;
