When I try to remove snapshot SNAP@_BLOB_LOG46 I receive the error "ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [ tksircinfo_num 1 ], [ 1 ], [ 11 ], [ 809 ]." This object and its dependent ones only exist in the dictionary data; in tablespaces where they would have to exist its physical structures do not exist. I do not re-create, remove, analyze or execute packages of corrupted object correction therefore I receive the same error. Oracle indicated the only solution is to make one export/drop DB/import. This action, due to the size of the DB, would demand at least five days of downtime, and I cannot have the DB stopped for this much time. Would you have some suggestion of correction?
Unfortunately, the solution to drop and re-create the database is probably the best solution. But export/import are not your only options to moving data quickly. Have you looked into Transportable Tablespaces (TTS)? With TTS, you can unplug the tablespaces from one database and plug them into another database pretty quickly. TTS will only move indexes and tables in those tablespaces, so you will have to move other non-segment objects like views, sequences, functions, procedures and packages. But you can script that with DBMS_METADATA to re-create on the new server pretty quickly as well.
