Fatal NI connect error

I have the following error in my Oracle server: "Fatal NI connect error 12638." I don't understood why because it was working so well before, but today it sent that error.

I have seen this error occur when sqlnet.authentication_services = (NTS) is set in the sqlnet.ora file on the client machine. The client machine is attempting to connect to the database but authentication fails. Either comment out this line in your sqlnet.ora or change it to sqlnet.authentication_services = (none). The sqlnet.ora can be found in $ORACLE_HOMEnetworkadmin.
