Error using LogMiner

I have tried to use LogMiner. But I got an error message. Could you please send me the steps to solve this problem?

Your problem is that the LogMiner packages are owned by SYS. And there are no public privileges for this package. You signed on to the database as SYSTEM. Sign on as SYS and try again.
