Error installing Oracle 9i

While installing Oracle 9i on Windows 2003 Server Enterprise Edition, I got an error message saying, "IP host address not found." Can you please help me to solve this error?
The installation routine needs to be able to verify your hostname's IP address. You will need DNS properly configured for this to happen. The actual install of the Oracle database isn't concerned with this process, so you are likely getting an error installing and configuring a product, like OEM. Try installing just the base RDBMS and see if that works. Then add the products one by one until the component that is giving you headaches is found.
