Deleting all data in a database

How can I delete all data that I have in my database?

Also, I have a lot of tables in my schema, and I want to search only tables that contain specific fields (example: NAME). How do I do this? Thanks.

To delete all your data, truncate every table.

To search tables, use the INFORMATION_SCHEMA views.
