Decrypt stored password in Oracle

How can I decrypt the stored password in Oracle stored in all_users so that I can recover my password any time?

How can I decrypt the stored password in Oracle stored in all_users so that I can recover my password any time?
You cannot determine a user's password from the encrypted password stored in DBA_USERS. If you could, what would be the point in encrypting the password in the first place? All you can do is change a user's password (with the 'alter user') command if it has been forgotten.
