Database doesn't start automatically but Listener is running

I have installed Oracle 9i on a Windows NT 4.0 server. The Oracle database was working properly, then suddenly it doesn't start automatically but the Listener is running. When I tried to log in, it says, "Oracle Not Found," and it says, "shared memory realm does not exist." If I start Oracle manually it starts very well, but only the users who have DBA permission are able to work. Please give me a solution for this.
Ensure that the service OracleServiceORACLE_SID is set to start automatically. If it is already set to start automatically, ensure that your password file has not changed. If your password file has been recreated, then you may need to modify or recreate the database service. Use the oradim utility for that task (just run "oradim" at a command prompt, and it should provide you with syntax).
