Catching, modifying SQL and results between Discoverer and Oracle

I need to make one API that can catch one SQL instruction between Discoverer and Oracle and modify it, sending then the modified SQL instruction to Oracle and catching the results, modifying the results and sending them to Discoverer.

I think there is a DBMS package called DBMS_RLS that can do the trick. Read about it.
