Cannot open shared object file

When I run SQL*Plus I get this error: "/data/opt/bcs/packages/oracle-9.2.0.1.0/bin/sqlplus: error while loading shared libraries: libclntsh.so.9.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory." What to do?
