Can't access pfile

I can not access my pfile. Whenever I type the file path for Windows run to find, it says the folder has being moved or removed. I don't know what to do, since I need to edit pfile for my backup practices.

Since you are running Oracle on Windows, I'd fire up Explorer and perform a search for init*.ora to see if your PFILE is found. If it is not found, then you'll have to restore your PFILE from your OS backup or create a new one from scratch.
