Can't access iSQL*Plus interface

I cannot seem to access the iSQL*Plus interface. When I try, the "This page cannot be displayed" error appears. Could this be caused by the fact that I'm using Windows XP Home instead of Pro?

I've installed a downloaded version of Oracle 9i, Enterprise Edition, on a Windows XP Home partition on my computer, and everything, so far, seems to be working okay, except the iSQL*Plus interface. I cannot seem to access it. When I try, the infamous "This page cannot be displayed" error appears. Could this be caused by the fact that I'm using Home instead of Pro? Thanks!

There are a number of possibilities for why this is occurring. First, make sure the iSQL*Plus service is running. For the Windows operating system, there should be a service called "Oracle<OracleHomeName>HTTPServer" in the Services panel. Start this service and then try to launch the iSQL*Plus URL again.

If unsuccessful, ensure that the <hostname.domainname> provided in the URL can be resolved. Use the IP address instead of the <hostname.domainname> in the URL to see whether that resolves the problem.
