Can Oracle 9i be installed on Windows 2003 Server Standard Edition?

Can you install Oracle on Windows 2003 Server Standard Edition? I read once that you need the Enterprise Edition to install Oracle 9i.

I need to install Oracle 9i Database Server Enterprise Edition Release plus patches. I have Windows 2003 Server (Standard Edition) Service Pack 1 from Microsoft. My question is can you install on the Standard Edition? I read some time ago that you need Windows 2003 Server Enterprise Edition to install Oracle 9i, but I am not able to find these documents now. I need the database for test purposes, and it does not have to be as good as the production database. Thank you for your help.
Both Oracle 9.2 and 10g are certified to run against Windows 2003 Server. You do not need 2003 Server Enterprise Edition. I run both versions of Oracle on Windows 2003 Server Standard Edition without any problems.
