Can I populate tables in MS ACCESS and upload to the Oracle server?

Database Design and Architecture expert Brian Peasland explains his procedure for populating tables in MS ACCESS and upload it to the Oracle server.

I would like to know if it's possible to populate tables in MS ACCESS and upload them to the Oracle server. Or do I have to populate my tables another way? I am using Oracle 10g for my SQL commands.
Whenever I've had to do this, I just store the data in Oracle. Then I create an ODBC DSN pointing to the Oracle server. Next, I open up MS Access and then choose File->Get External Data->Link Tables. Using the ODBC DSN, I connect to the Oracle database and link to the table in Oracle. When the MS Access application interacts with this table, the data will all be in Oracle!
