How can I open the Database Configuration Assistant (DBCA) in Oracle 10g Express Edition and how can I download the DBCA?
The DBCA is a program installed when you install the Oracle software. You cannot download it. I've never used the Express Edition, but if the DBCA utility is not present in ORACLE_HOME/bin, then that edition does not use the DBCA.
