Can we create a PUBLIC SYNONYM in the stored procedure using EXECUTE IMMEDIATE?

Can we create a PUBLIC SYNONYM in the stored procedure using EXECUTE IMMEDIATE or any other command?
You can use the EXECUTE IMMEDIATE command to issue virtually any DDL command including the CREATE PUBLIC SYNONYM command. But I would caution against doing so. It is normally a bad idea to create public synonyms dynamically.
