Application Failover

Does RAC 10G have the same limitation of 9iRAC with respect to Transparent Application Failover (TAF) unable to accommodate DML transactions?
This aspect of Transparent Application Failover (TAF) has not changed in Oracle10g. TAF can be used to restore database sessions, optionally with resumption of an active query. If a transaction is in progress at RAC instance failure, the application must be able to re-execute any statements run since the last commit to provide a seamless transition to the new session on another RAC node.
