All queries with DB link return zero rows

I created a link between two Oracle DBs, DB1 and DB2. While querying from DB2 to DB1 using the link, the query is returning zero rows. For any table, any query this is the result. What could be the problem?

I created a link between two Oracle DBs, DB1 and DB2. Link creation has no problem. Test link is also working fine. But while querying from DB2 to DB1 using the link, the query is returning zero rows. For any table, any query this is the result. It is showing no problem with the query or DB link. What could be the problem?
Whenever I work with distributed queries and things are not going well for me, I first figure out what query is actually being sent to the remote database. To do that, go to my Web site and look for a white paper titled "Tuning Distributed Queries and the DRIVING_SITE Hint." Once you know exactly what is being sent to the remote database, sign on to that database with SQL*Plus and run the query there. Hopefully, you can figure out why no rows are being returned.
