Joining Brunelli is Independent Oracle User Group President Ari Kaplan and IOUG board members Steve Lemme and Tony R. Jedlinski, who spoke about some of the big Oracle announcements to come out of the show, including Oracle's new pledge to continue developing PeopleSoft, JD Edwards and its other acquisitions. Also discussed is Oracle's new effort to beef up DBMS security with its Oracle Database Vault and Oracle Secure Backup.
