HP vs. Oracle: Itanium development lawsuit

HP has sued Oracle over Oracle's decision to stop software development on Intel Itanium platforms. Here is the legal complaint.

Here is Hewlett-Packard Company v. Oracle Corporation, a lawsuit filed by HP on June 15, 2011. In the civil lawsuit, HP claims that Oracle unlawfully stopped software development on Intel Itanium platforms, of which HP is the biggest seller with its Integrity servers.
