Bill Cullen Bill Cullen, DBA
Bill Cullen, an Oracle DBA since 1993, has worked with database systems for 17 years. OCP certified, he has presented at various user conferences including IOUG and the Mid-Atlantic Association of Oracle Professionals. Bill spent four years at Oracle Corporation and is now an independent consultant, having provided Oracle expertise to corporations and government agencies such as the Washington Post, FEMA, U.S. Customs and the Washington D.C. Water and Sewage Agency. His current focus is providing effective solutions for high availability requirements, utilizing various technologies such as RAC, Data Guard and Advanced Replication.
