How can I export a table into XML?

EXPERT RESPONSE
You can, but not natively. At least not yet. You'll need some utilities to help you. Oracle has these XML utilities on its Technet site. The site is free, but you will have to register for an account. The XML utilities include routines to pull data out in XML format and to ingest data in XML format.
