I am a functional consultant on Oracle CRM E-Business Suite. Would you please tell me where I can get more information on the tables, interfaces, APIs, etc.?

Etrm.oracle.com is the electronic technical reference material website. It will have all the information you ever wanted on tables, views, and relationships. A Metalink account is required. API's and interfaces are typically in the user guides per module. You can find those under the documentation section of technet.oracle.com.
