QUESTION POSED ON: 06 September 2007
I have to migrate data from Oracle 7 (SCO UNIX), Oracle 8i (SCO UNIX), Oracle RAC 9i (HP-UX) to Oracle 10g (IBM AIX). Earlier I did it only with exp/imp utility. But now the databases are too large (1.5 HB in Oracle 7 to 50 HB in Oracle 8i, 9i). How to do it quickly? Expdb from 10g? RMAN? Please, give me some plan and corresponding articles.

Since you are going from such different platforms to a new OS, and from different versions to upgrading to 10g, your best bet is still the export and import utilites. Data Pump won't work here because it cannot be used for pre-10g databases.
