The test you are taking is for Intro to Oracle 9i: SQL and PL/SQL.
Currently, there is only one path for the Oracle PL/SQL Developer OCA, and that includes taking either 1Z0-007 or 1Z0-001 first, then taking 1Z0-147. Once you pass these tests and become OCA, you can take one more test, 1Z0-141, to become OCP. So, I think to answer your questions, there is no differentiation between the developer path for 9i or 10g and you are indeed taking the right test.
