What is the OUI tool? How can I find it? How can I use this tool to solve my problem with the Oracle Universal Installer?

OUI is the Oracle Universal Installer and it is primarily used to install Oracle software and patch sets. I'm not sure what you are referring to when you ask about OUI tools. And, since you have not specified what type of error you received from the OUI, I cannot provide any advice on what the problem might be. The only advice I can offer is to review the OUI installation logs for further information. The log file can be found in $ORACLE_BASE/oraInventory/logs and it has a name similar to installActions<date_time>.log; also review any .err files located in the same location.
