Is there any document that could teach me how to read a STATSPACK report?

You don't give your Oracle version, so I can't be specific.

You can find material on STATSPACK in the the Oracle9i documentation (10g favors the use of the Automatic Workload Repository) or on MetaLink and TechNet. MetaLink Note:232443.1 is worthwhile, as is this article on enhancements to STATSPACK for Oracle9iR2. I'd recommend searching TechNet and/or MetaLink to find articles relevant to the version you're running.
