Your database is missing one of its online redo logs. To correct this
problem, follow these steps, in SQL*Plus or SVRMGRL:
1. CONNECT / AS SYSDBA
2. STARTUP MOUNT
3. RECOVER DATABASE UNTIL CANCEL;
4. CANCEL (at first prompt)
5. ALTER DATABASE OPEN RESETLOGS;
When you open the database with RESETLOGS, it will recreate the missing
online redo log files. At this point, immediately shut down the
database and take a good backup! If you do not, you will not be able to
recover past the resetlogs operation.
