Well, this error has been known to pop up when running the TeleService product Service Family Pack I (Release 11.5.9) and one of the following patches has been previously applied (3086728, 3090986, 3044096). Under those circumstances, you may be the error while running Maintain MRC. If that's the case, you need to apply patch 3138473.
The error may also occur if you have public synonyms to these objects: JAVA$CLASS$MD5$TABLE, CREATE$JAVA$LOB$TABLE. To workaround, drop the public synonyms with the above names.
Finally, look for any synonyms you may have that point to invalid objects and remove them.
