Why can't I install Oracle 9i on Windows 2003?

Having trouble installing Oracle 9i on Windows 2003? Learn why in this tip from Oracle expert Brian Peasland.

I am installing Oracle 9i in a Windows 2003 server R2 but the server gets hung and there's no response at 88% when the clone database creation is in progress. Why can't I install Oracle 9i on Windows 2003?
Oracle 9i is not certified for Windows 2003. Try using Oracle 10g or 11g instead and you should not have this problem.
