Upgrading from 9.2.0.1.0 to 9.2.0.4 with patch CD

I have a patch CD to upgrade Oracle 9.2.0.1.0 to Oracle 9.2.0.4. Now I want to apply the patch, but I could not find any setup.exe or any other such executable. The README.txt file states to run "perl opatch.pl apply" but no such file is there. How do I install this patch?

I have a patch CD to upgrade Oracle 9.2.0.1.0 to Oracle 9.2.0.4 (Windows platform). Now I want to apply the patch, but I could not find any setup.exe or any other such executable. The README.txt file states to run "perl opatch.pl apply" but no such file (opatch.pl) is there on the patch CD. How do I install this patch?
Looking at the readme file for the Oracle 9.2.0.4 upgrade, I can't see where opatch is required at all. This upgrade is performed using the Oracle Universal Installer. Clicking on the setup.exe file included with the patch will start the installer.

Opatch is a Perl utility provided by Oracle to apply one-off patches and CPUs to Oracle 9.2 databases. If you are trying to apply a patch that requires opatch, you can download opatch from Oracle's Metalink Web site.
