Tune procedures and queries before or after implementing RAC?

After implementation of RAC do I need to tune my procedures and SQL queries? Should I tune my procedures and SQL queries before implementing RAC?

All queries and stored procedures should be tuned, whether you are running RAC or not. One of the nice things about RAC is that what works in a non-RAC environment should also work in a RAC environment without additional tuning. There are a few exceptions to that rule, but for the most part, your tuning does not depend on RAC.
