Will you please tell me how we can take a backup through RMAN if we are not creating a database for RMAN backup, as well as the procedure to implement RMAN?

You need to have an RMAN database to store the metadata for RMAN. If you don't want to install the RMAN repository catalog, then you could just copy the data files manually with cpio, dd or tar.
