Setting up audit trail in Oracle 9i

How do I set up an audit trail in Oracle 9i on Windows 2000, to log all database accesses/updates, in some audit table within the database?

How do I set up an audit trail in Oracle 9i on Windows 2000, to log all database accesses/updates, in some audit table within the database? What parameters, and in which file under what path do I need to look into? Please provide complete details.
There is no magic parameter which will turn on auditing for everything. To set up auditing, I recommend that you read this.

Pay particular attention to Chapter 7. Also read this guide, Chapters 23 and 26.

If, after reading these documents, you have specific questions, I would be more than happy to answer them.
