We have configured RMAN at our organization and we want to automatically schedule an RMAN backup every day at 5:00 a.m. Is there is any procedure or command to schedule our RMAN backups automatically?

There is no command or procedure in RMAN to schedule the backups. Oracle 10g does make things easier to automate RMAN backups with the new DBMS_SCHEDULER package. And Enterprise Manager has a nice wizard to get this set up. In Enterprise Manager connected to your database, click on the Maintenance tab. You will find the link to schedule the RMAN backups.
