We have recently installed Oracle 9.2.0.4 on Red Hat 7.3. I want to develop a small Forms3 application and have SQL*Forms30 on Solaris, which I've moved across to the machine. However, when I try and run SQL*Forms30 it gives "/home/oracle/bin/sqlforms30: No such file or directory." How do I get this to be recognized?

With any Oracle product, it is usually best to reinstall the software rather than moving it from one server, or machine, to another. Remove the Forms software that you copied to the Red Hat server, and reinstall the version of Forms you require. Remember to first check the compatibility matrix on Oracle's Technology Network to ensure that the release of Forms you require is certified and supported for your operating system.
